just the tip of the iceberg
Whew! Graduation is over and so is the dance recital. Both were good. I’m still writing thank you notes to the people who gave me gifts for graduation! I’m being loved to death! But I love it! heh heh!
I think all me readers were at graduation, so I’ll just recap quickly. It was good. Done.
Heh, It was good, but there’s just a little more to it than that. I danced to “Be Thou My Vision”, which went well. And I signed the last verse of the song with Faith. She made my day when she asked me to sign with her and showed me the signs. 
The reception was nice. Noone came to my table for a while 
, but when they did it was nice. I didn’t get any pictures taken; I didn’t have my camera (my mom had it, and she was elsewhere), so if you have pictures and don’t mind sharing, I would like some!
We grads went to a bowling alley after the reception. It wasn’t as good as I’d hoped. I think everybody had a good time, but the lighting and smoke got to me and Shannon, so we went to the pool table area, had some soda and lemonade, and sat at a table and talked. Bekah bounced between chattin’ with us and bowling. heh, it was good. We made the most of it. 
The dance recital was good, too. Backstage was insane, and some things were not good, but we managed, praise God. The dances went well, and it was fun. Unfortunately, while the stage still had some of its magic, the majority of it that I’ve experienced before was gone. It might be time for me to move on to something new. I haven’t decided yet.
Now I’m getting ready for my brother’s wedding! Yaaaay! I’m a bridesmaid for Jessie, so I need to get ready for that. Family is going to come for the wedding, and at least some folks will be spending the night before here, so we need to get ready for that. I’m looking forward to the blessed occasion. Praise God!!! Amen!

yay, you posted! I’ve been waiting for a post about graduation and the recital, hehe. They went really well, and you did wonderful in both! I hope the recital was still fun for you, and you did such a good job, you are a really good dancer. I’m so glad you were in my class this past year! God will show you what to do next year, but yeah, choices are hard. Blessings on all that you’re doing now, and going to do, and I can’t wait to read your next updates. Have a good summer! Love you!

Yes, the recital was beautiful. But then, it always is. It did run a bit long, though.

lol. which is harder? waiting in the audience for a long time (hard to sit that long, I know it hurts), or waiting with a whole bunch of kids who also think it’s really boring and hard to sit still that long? ~~ Don’t get me wrong. I really don’t know which is harder. They’re both hard for different reasons.
I think it’s really long, too. It would probably be nice to break it up into 2 recitals, but I don’t know how do-able that is, and it would cost even more to do. Oh well.
