Dance Side

*sigh* I just got on after having to retry getting on my blog (twice) so I can check things out and write. Is the computer not fast enough? Does the site just have a lot of malfunctions? What’s going on?! (Caleb and David, you haven’t been hacking my site, have you?)

Oh yeah, check out the “About Me” page on the right. Some people (two actually) wrote things for me! It’s short, and I wouldn’t mind more, but I have something/ Thank you two peoples who sent me something!

Howdy. Well, the title just about says it all. I’m trying to post something roughly once a week, and I do have plans for the next one, I’m just having trouble getting/making time to get it out. *sigh* Anyway, I’m keepin’ busy with school (gettin’ ready for the ACT - uhg), class stuff, gym class, being sick or very allergic this past week (and consequently missing RUF *sniff* and Irish *sob*!), went to a wedding in Tulsa on Saturday evening, stayed the night and went to Christ Presbyterian in Tulsa next morning (after taking aweful medicine that made me light-headed for awhile). Anyway, yes, if you’ve been wondering, I’ve been busy.

So, that’s my week. haha/ Lemme know how you are, please! (yes, it’s okay to put it in comments if you don’t mind!)

Okay, this is why I waited to post until today. Because so much happened since my last post, and I’m trying not to post every day. lol

Thursday was… interesting. Oh, yeah, and lots of fun! Thursday was my first day of Senior Irish dance class! The girls were really nice to me (the newcomer). In fact, it seemed like I had a fan club or something! lol/ The actual warmup and stretching was tortuous and long. Anyway, I still like it and lookforward to getting better (and stronger!) in dance.

We had people over for the OU football game. Nice turnout of people, but not so nice turnout of the game. Anyway, I had a class meeting, and had to leave while the game was still on. We were electing officers. I ran for Vice President which is the office I held last year. I didn’t get the job. It surprised me (and maybe my opponent). Looking back, it’s funny. When I lost, I realized that I still wanted to serve the class through an office. I decided shortly thereafter, still in the meeting, to run for Reporter (a job nobody was currently running for). That job I got. (lol, Rachel, I got your job!) I think although it involves a lot, this job will be better for me and my schedule.

Rebekah, if you read this know that I am in no way bitter towards you. Actually, I’m glad you got the job. I think you’ll be great at it.

Okay, so I was thinkin’ maybe I should have a profile. But I don’t really want to write one because I can use this to see how well my friends know me, how crazy they go if they have fun making a silly profile, and I wouldn’t know what to put in it.

So, if you want to write a profile of me, or a goofy one that’s just for fun, leave it as a comment. If I find one I really like, it might just become my profile for this site.

Lol, I thought that was funny. Yes, that’s what they’re saying on the ads, and it doesn’t sound like there’s any punctuation.

Anyway, I really like that show. I got hooked shortly after the replays started, but they didn’t play all the episodes so we watched them on DVD (rental not bought). It’s a really cool show, with lots of details to put a mystery puzzle together. I’m looking forward to the next season starting.

So, anybody seen it? Thoughts?
